I love my weekends! 8:33 pm

The weekends has been one of the best! Kaian booked out on saturday morning!!! was so looking forward to seeing him! it's been 2 weeks eh! I was drooling when i meet him in his uni at the train station! HOT!!! haha!


We went over to great world to watch Dark Knight (finally!) it was awesome! wish i had tt batmobile!!! i'll be like the coolest gal in town! i must say, Dark Knight is really worth the extra weekend + booking charges! 2 hr++ in the theatre with all that action! totally worth every cent! there was one part where i tot the joker was really gonna slice tt black guy's cheeks...was covering my eyes after joker told tt guy how he got those scares on his cheeks!


Had a really good day today! yeah! But now, darling's back in camp...waiting for the coming weekends to come! CAn't wait can't wait!
at the mean time, i've gotta study for the coming exams! omg! i suck at maths and econs makes clouds of question marks above my head!!! passing grade's 34/100...sound easy eh? but it ain't!!! fail the papers and i won't get my examptions...hafta make it through no matter wad! lecture notes here i come!!!

i'm missing YEONG KAI AN already!!! wish it'll take a shorter time to reach the weekends and when it's sat, time will juz slow down! haha! yeah! only in my dreams! =X

Reasons for sleeping and waking up early.

Evening at 9 - 11pm: is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music.. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.

Evening at 11pm - 1am: is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 - 3am: detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state..

Early morning 3 - 5am: detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 5 - 7am: detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9am: absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. HABITS

The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.

2. Not urinating in the morning.

3. Too much eating.

4. Skipping breakfast.

5. Consuming too much medication.

6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.

7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.

8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.
We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'

hahaha!!!! everything was settled after his explained his situation so now he needn't be confined! lucky both of us! heh! seriously can't wait!

juz got this email from daddy...about sleeping early. everyone has been nagging at me.

"look at your eyes, you've got dark cirles already!"

"eunice, when will u learn to sleep early? u go look at the mirror...see how you look now!"

"eunice, what time already? why are u still watching your shows? off the computer and sleep now!"
etc. etc.

all these are the common stuff mommy and daddy say/nag to make me go to sleep...they make it sound like i'm some walking zombie or something! maybe they're afraid tt if the dark eye circles get to obvious (which they already are) nobody will want me! hahaha! oh well! i shall start behaving myself and be a good girl! i shall start by going to bed by 12 today...or should i say tonight...

COUGH!!! 11:31 am

10 more days!!!
can't wait! can't wait!
heh! promised him i'll be cooking his favourite cheesy pasta but i still haven't got the time to practice! it has to be perfect! soon la...i'll find the time! bro on the other hand...is still bugging me to cook chicken curry! (again!) argh! i feel like a housewife!

have been coughing for 2 weeks plus now! went to see the doc last friday but damn! he juz won't gimme antibiotics! says it's of no use! but see now...i've already finished the whole bottle of cough syrup and i'm still coughing! hate it when i have to wake up coughing non-stop in the middle of the night! i've gotta go to school in the morning!!!

darling made me promise to see another doc! the day after tmr! but mommy won't allow even if he's paying for it! oh well this means war between mommy and boyfriend! =X

eunice is tiny but loud at times. eats, sleeps, shops, talks, laughs, snorts, farts etc. like any ordinary human being. LOVES smelly Boyfriend, Daddy&Mommy, Bro & her Dog. can't live without sunshine!!!=) Her special day falls on the 12 of august so do remember the presents!
